Yōko Matcha supplies first-harvest, single-cultivar Yabukita ceremonial matcha from Hon-Yama, Shizuoka. It is shade-grown and bead-milled in Japan for consistent color, umami, and café-ready performance. One 500g bag makes about 166–250 drinks at a 2–3g dose. When stored properly, unopened matcha can stay fresh for up to 12 months. Once opened, we recommend using it within 2 to 3 months for the best color and flavor.
