Refund policy

At Yōko Matcha, we are committed to providing top-quality products and exceptional customer service. In the rare event that you receive a defective item, we are pleased to offer product exchanges.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the matcha bag must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order compared to your receipt, kindly contact us at contact@yokomatcha.com. After confirming your proof of purchase, we'll provide you with a return label and slip. Please ensure the product is in its original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging for inspection.

Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we'll notify you via email about its approval or denial. If approved, you have the option of a full refund (including shipping) to your credit card or a free-of-charge shipment of the correct item—simply indicate your preference on the return slip.

Please complete the return slip accurately, as incomplete slips will default to a refund instead of an exchange.

Please note that Yōko Matcha cannot be held responsible for any loss of goods during the delivery process by USPS, Federal Express (Fedex), or United Parcel Service (UPS). Refunds will be issued at our discretion and applied via your original payment method, within a reasonable timeframe.

For any other refund requests, we will assess each case individually and issue refunds accordingly.
